My background as an emergency and surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for thirteen years in the United States provides a deep understanding of the healthcare industry’s complexity. I am passionate about high quality, ethical, patient-centered care and in anticipating healthcare team needs. Furthermore, I am completing a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership with a focus in healthcare project management and team building from Johns Hopkins University. My aim for Prague 2024 is to ensure that the needs of exhibitors, delegates and sponsors are fulfilled. I have over thirty years experience in the event planning and project management industry, and have a keen eye for attention to detail. My specialty is large-scale international events that involve bringing together industry partners, branding, venue synchronization and general event coordination. I am a native of the Netherlands fluent in Dutch, English, German and Spanish, and am knowledgeable with mostly European and US-based events, venues and culture. I promise to utilize all of my extensive experience, background and expertise to facilitate an incredible Prague 2024 conference.

My goals for Prague 2024 pertain to comprehensive communication with all delegates, surgeons and attendees. I have over ten years experience organizing global events, exhibitions and business ventures. My experience as an expat living in the United Arab Emirates for six years has provided an amazing and unique opportunity to understand cross-cultural client needs. Furthermore, I speak four languages (Serbian, English, German and Bulgarian), which supports my deeper understanding of business objectives from various cultural standpoints. I look forward to supporting our delegates and utilizing my broad background to create an unforgettable Prague 2024 event.

My involvements for Prague 2024 focus on relationships with the incredible Prague Congress Centre, contracted hotels, exciting social venues and conference suppliers, as well as coordinating our professional conference organizer (PCO) team. I have over a decade of experience as a PCO, having built incredible networking opportunities for delegates all around the world. Additionally, my entrepreneurial and economics background provides a unique ability to anticipate needs and create successful events that exceed expectations. Originally from Serbia, I have extensive business experience collaborating with different cultures around the world. I truly look forward to ensuring Prague 2024 is an inspiring conference that provides ample opportunities for new partnerships.
